DiPaola Turkeys

DiPaola Turkeys is a turkey farm in Hamilton, Mercer County, New Jersey, that has been producing and selling domestic white turkeys since 1948.  Sold at NYC Greenmarkets.

What's Great:

Still a family farm, DiPaola's sells its turkeys -- whole, in parts, as ground turkey and sausage -- year-round at various NYC Greenmarkets across the city, including ones in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island.  Check GrowNYC.org for their schedule.
